Thank you for choosing SparkAlign Australia. By accessing or using our website and services, including the development and sale of customized business reports (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. **1. Services Provided

SparkAlign Australia provides online customized business reports designed to help small businesses understand their customers, their respective market presence and engagement to indentify areas for optimisation and growth within their business. Our Services include, but are not limited to, data analysis, report generation, customised reccomendations and individualised business insights. SparkAlign is primarily aimed at Australian SME small to medium businesses and may not be suitable for everyone. Please contact us if you are unsure if this service is right for you.

**2. Account Creation and Security

To use our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. SparkAlign Australia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

**3. Payment and Fees

Payment for our Services is due at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, and charges will be outlined clearly before you confirm your purchase. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with prior notice to you. Reports are provided within 30 days of payment. Reports will not be provided until payment in full has been recieved. We reseve the right to decline payment for services should your business be deemed unsuitable, in which case any payments will be returned to the same account it was paid from and the payee notified.

**4. Use of Reports

The customized reports provided by SparkAlign Australia are intended for your internal use only. You agree not to distribute, share, or sell the reports to any third party without our express written consent. The reports and all related intellectual property rights are owned by SparkAlign Australia. Reports created are considered valid for a period of 12 months.

**5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy and the processing of your data as described therein. We agree not to sell, share, or redistribute any information provided to us without prior written consent.
